Job Overview

Mawaad Company for Contracting is seeking a skilled Fire Protection Engineer for a contract position based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role calls for a professional with a strong background in infrastructure fire protection systems, thoroughly familiar with NFPA standards and practical operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fire protection systems related to infrastructure projects. This includes managing and ensuring compliance of firewater systems such as pumps, tanks, hydrants, and networks. They will coordinate with design and construction teams to secure Construction Design (CD) approvals and maintain adherence to safety codes throughout project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience specializing in fire protection for infrastructure.
• In-depth understanding and application of NFPA codes and standards from an operational viewpoint.
• Hands-on experience with firewater systems including fire pumps, tanks, hydrants, and distribution networks.
• Valid SEC Certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Contract Details

This opportunity is strictly contract-based and does not offer permanent employment. Candidates should be prepared for a fixed-term engagement with clear deliverables.
