Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer with CAT II or CAT III certification and over 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data collection and analysis, including interpreting orbits and vibration plots. Experience with onsite balancing of FD/ID fans, impellers, and motors is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze condition monitoring data to assess equipment health.
• Interpret vibration orbits, plots, and other diagnostic information accurately.
• Perform onsite balancing services for various rotating equipment such as fans, impellers, and motors.
• Support maintenance teams by identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Work with advanced diagnostic tools like Adre 408, OROS systems, and CSI multichannel equipment when available.

Required Skills and Experience

• Certification in Condition Monitoring at CAT II or CAT III level.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in condition monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of data collection techniques and analytical procedures.
• Hands-on experience with balancing FD/ID fans, impellers, and motors onsite.
• Familiarity with advanced monitoring tools such as Adre 408, OROS, and CSI multichannel analyzers is advantageous.
• Experience working with steam and gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, and engines is a plus.
