Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems along with rotating equipment to join our team in Jubail. This role supports industrial and infrastructure projects by providing precise cost evaluations and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure effective project budgeting and competitive tendering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed BOQs for MEP works and rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, heat exchangers, and motors.
• Perform quantity take-offs using project drawings and technical specifications.
• Estimate required man-hours and develop competitive tender pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors for cost quotations and conduct comprehensive price comparisons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of proven experience in cost estimation, ideally within industrial, EPC, or maintenance projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, essential for detailed calculations and data analysis.
• Sound knowledge of MEP systems and rotating equipment in a construction or industrial setting.
