We are currently looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Shaybah. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in designing and managing electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of power distribution networks, and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems supporting construction projects. They will oversee power distribution infrastructure to guarantee reliable power supply. Duties include conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols, preparing and reviewing detailed technical drawings and specifications, and working collaboratively with various engineering disciplines and project teams. Additionally, the engineer will troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues encountered during construction, making sure that all work aligns with industry codes and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Demonstrated experience in electrical design, particularly in power distribution and power systems, is essential. A strong understanding of electrical engineering principles alongside rigorous safety standards is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong analytical thinking are vital for success in this role. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact with team members and stakeholders. The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment is highly desirable. Prior experience in the construction industry will be considered a significant advantage.
