Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer with extensive experience to join ongoing projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, especially within the oil and gas sector. This role demands thorough expertise in the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design phases, ensuring accurate cost control and budgeting for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle from FEED to detailed design stages.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget targets.
• Implement Aramco standards and procedures rigorously on all assigned projects.
• Analyze cost data and provide regular reports to project management to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and assist in managing cost-related risks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 15 years of experience working with leading EPC companies in the engineering field.
• Proven expertise in FEED and detailed design phases for large industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience handling projects for Saudi Aramco, complying with their strict standards and procedures.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in cost estimation and control.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
