Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience working within the GCC region to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and demonstrate strong capabilities in site supervision and construction management. This role requires effective coordination with various stakeholders, including consultants, clients, and subcontractors, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction activities at project sites ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
• Prepare detailed progress reports to track project milestones and performance.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and safety regulations throughout the construction process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience within GCC countries focusing on civil engineering projects.
• Strong site supervision and construction management skills.
• Ability to produce comprehensive progress reports.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with various project stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of quality and safety procedures in construction environments.
