Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Welding Quality Control Supervisor to join a project based in the Riyadh Region at the Riyadh Refinery. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience working with Aramco projects and be certified with CSWIP 3.1 or an equivalent approved welding inspection qualification.
Key Responsibilities
As a Welding QC Supervisor, you will oversee welding quality control activities ensuring all standards comply with Aramco requirements. Your duties will include supervising inspection teams, reviewing welding procedures, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
Required Skills and Certifications
- Certified Welding Inspector with CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent qualification approved by Aramco.
- Completion of the Computer-Based Training (CBT) for Aramco Welding QC Supervisors.
- Demonstrated expertise in welding inspection and quality control within Aramco projects.
- Strong understanding of welding codes, standards, and practices relevant to the oil and gas industry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Aramco-related welding QC supervision roles.
- Familiarity with submission of essential documents including Ajeer registration, Vendor Code, and Chamber Agreement.
- Willingness to work in the Riyadh Region specifically at the Riyadh Refinery site.
Contract Details
This role is initially offered for a 6-month period with potential for extension based on project needs. The position requires reliable communication and prompt submission of required documentation to facilitate smooth onboarding.
