Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards at our establishment in Jubail. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high quality, achieving sales goals, and upholding safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor will manage the workflow across the restaurant, ensuring the dining and kitchen areas are ready before opening. Assigning tasks efficiently, addressing operational challenges swiftly, and maintaining smooth service delivery are vital duties.

Customer service is a priority, with responsibilities including handling guest concerns promptly and monitoring overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves staff supervision, including monitoring attendance, discipline, and punctuality, as well as training new team members and conducting performance evaluations.

Supporting sales efforts, the supervisor will track daily sales figures, ensure accuracy in cashiering duties, and review financial reports. Maintaining compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements is essential. Inventory management duties also include overseeing stock levels, initiating purchase requests, and conducting both scheduled and surprise inventory checks.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory position. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the capability to manage a diverse, multicultural team effectively. Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to perform well under pressure are crucial.

Familiarity with POS systems and a solid understanding of hygiene and safety standards will contribute to success in this role.
