Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, for a six-month assignment supporting the Anti-Drone Project. This role requires expertise in quality assurance and quality control within civil construction, focusing especially on Water & Power Plant projects. The engineer will play a critical role in reviewing and approving design documents, supervising site activities, and ensuring that QA/QC standards are effectively maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and approving design packages submitted by the EPC contractor to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Evaluating and endorsing the contractor’s QA/QC plan, and overseeing its proper implementation on-site.
• Conducting site supervision to monitor the quality and progress of ongoing construction activities.
• Preparing detailed weekly progress reports and a comprehensive final QA/QC report at the end of the project.
• Tracking project milestones and ensuring adherence to the planned schedule.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Civil QA/QC Engineer, with a solid background in Water & Power Plant projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ability to critically evaluate technical documents and design packages.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively document project progress and quality compliance.
• Capable of working independently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
