Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom Civil Site Supervisor to join a long-term telecom civil project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working with Nokia and Huawei telecom infrastructure projects and a strong background in telecom tower construction, site development, and civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will oversee and manage telecom civil site activities, ensuring compliance with client specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the construction of telecom towers, foundation works, equipment platforms, fencing, and shelter foundations.
• Reading, interpreting, and preparing civil engineering drawings for project execution.
• Preparing and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs for effective resource management.
• Monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Managing multiple sites and meeting strict project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Preparing and reviewing telecom site survey reports and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in telecom civil works, preferably with Nokia, Huawei, or Tawal projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecom tower erection, foundation construction, and site development processes.
• Ability to interpret civil engineering drawings accurately.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing BOQs and material requisitions.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in coordinating site resources and material logistics.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to civil telecom projects.
