Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our construction team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. We have multiple openings available exclusively for Indian, Nepali, and Sri Lankan nationals in several key roles including Grader Operator, Bobcat Operator, Loader Operator, Heavy Trailer Driver, and Civil Foreman. These positions offer a two-year full-time contract with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Available Positions and Compensation

The following positions are open:

• Grader Operator
• Bobcat Operator
• Loader Operator
• Heavy Trailer Driver
• Civil Foreman

The salary package includes SAR 1,500 per month for equipment operators and drivers, and SAR 2,000 per month for the Civil Foreman role. In addition, the company provides accommodation, transportation, meals, and employment visa. Upon successful completion of the 2-year contract, employees will be eligible for paid annual leave of 42 days and a return airfare ticket.

Key Responsibilities

Each position comes with specific responsibilities as follows:

• Grader Operator, Bobcat Operator, Loader Operator, and Heavy Trailer Driver: Operate machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites, ensuring quality and timeliness of work.
• Civil Foreman: Supervise civil construction activities, coordinate daily site operations, manage manpower, and assist with interpretation of construction drawings if required. Ensure smooth project progress and maintain safety standards on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria for their respective positions:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the applied role.
• Valid operator or driving license from home country for machinery and vehicle operators.
• Experience certificates from previous employers supporting the application.
• Intermediate level English communication skills to effectively coordinate on-site activities.
• Physical fitness suitable for construction site work.

The Civil Foreman role additionally requires prior experience managing civil construction teams and site operations. Ability to read construction drawings is considered an advantage.
