Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the installation and maintenance of power plant equipment, ensuring that all mechanical systems are operational and maintained to the highest standards. You will coordinate field service activities, supervise on-site teams, and ensure timely completion of all project tasks in adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical or university degree, or relevant diploma in mechanical or related fields.
• At least three years of proven experience in a Field Services Supervisor role.
• Demonstrable expertise in power plant equipment installation and ongoing maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to project demands.
