Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor with over three years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. This is a long-term opportunity focused on overseeing civil construction projects, with a particular emphasis on block work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site activities to ensure the successful execution of civil works. This includes supervising the workforce and subcontractors, interpreting construction drawings, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating site operations and enforcing safety protocols will also be critical to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil construction, with hands-on involvement in block work
• Proven ability to supervise construction sites effectively and lead teams
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and their practical application
• Experience in quality control processes to deliver projects that meet industry standards
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders on site
