We are currently seeking an experienced Filipino Construction Site Coordinator to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is open exclusively to Filipino nationals holding a transferable Iqama and a valid driving license. The position offers a fixed monthly salary along with food and accommodation allowances, making it an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates looking to advance their careers in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Site Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing daily site activities and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include overseeing construction schedules, coordinating between different teams and contractors, maintaining safety standards, and supporting project managers in achieving deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in site management and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of 3,500 SAR
• Daily food allowance of 400 SAR
• Accommodation allowance of 400 SAR
• Work schedule consists of 26 working days per month
• Annual paid vacation: 30 days every 2 years

Requirements

• Filipino nationality only
• Transferable Iqama holder for Saudi Arabia
• Valid driving license
• Proven experience in construction site coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
