Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Structure Foreman for a reputable construction project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a candidate with proven supervisory experience in structural works to lead and manage on-site teams effectively. The position offers a competitive salary with a timesheet-based payment system following 45 days of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily structural construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align work progress with project timelines
• Supervise and mentor site workers, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and regulations
• Maintain accurate timesheets and report work progress promptly
• Ensure availability and proper use of equipment and materials on site

Requirements

• Valid Iqama and related documentation
• Health insurance coverage
• Body fitness certification to comply with site regulations
• Copy of Commercial Registration (CR) and personal photo for verification
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
