Job Overview

Hamdan Engineering and Construction is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer cum Supervisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a candidate with practical experience in civil site supervision and surveying, fluent in English, and holding a valid Saudi or GCC driving license. The position offers a fixed 10-hour workday with opportunities for overtime, along with company-provided accommodation, iqama, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will oversee on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring all operations comply with project specifications and timelines. Key duties include operating surveying equipment such as auto level, dumpy level, and total station instruments, as well as accurately measuring quantities from construction drawings for quantity surveying purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
• Proficient in using surveying tools including auto level, dumpy level, and total station equipment.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and extract quantities effectively (Quantity Surveying).
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Saudi or GCC driving license is mandatory.

Job Details and Compensation

Salary will be discussed during the interview, with an expected range between 3000 SAR to 4000 SAR monthly. The work schedule consists of a fixed 10-hour day. Overtime pay applies for hours worked beyond this period. The company will provide residential accommodation, iqama sponsorship, and a company car for commuting.

Work Environment

The position involves both online and offline interview processes, with a preference for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia or India (for visa transfers). The company values candidates who can operate independently on site and maintain effective communication with team members.
