We are looking for a skilled Construction Mechanical Supervisor to join our team for an ongoing project in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role demands hands-on supervision and management of mechanical installations on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical execution works across the construction site, ensuring adherence to design and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline workflow and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare reports for senior management.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Manage materials, tools, and manpower efficiently to optimize resource utilization.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in supervising mechanical construction activities in industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, and related construction standards.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
