Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Construction Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in overseeing and executing civil works specifically for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing construction activities following approved standards and ensuring the successful completion of projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for daily oversight of various civil construction operations such as excavation, plain cement concrete (PCC), reinforced cement concrete (RCC), formwork, reinforcement placement, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing tasks.

They must ensure all work aligns with the approved designs, technical specifications, and method statements while closely monitoring subcontractors to guarantee timely progress.

Effective leadership is critical in managing both skilled and unskilled labor on site, allocating manpower efficiently according to daily objectives and project priorities, and tracking labor productivity with the implementation of corrective actions when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising civil construction within the industrial sector.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication and organizational skills.

This position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
