Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor with proven ARAMCO experience to join a long-term project based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction operations on site, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress.
• Monitor compliance with ARAMCO standards and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site workers and junior supervisors.
• Prepare progress reports and document site activities accurately.

Required Skills and Experience

• Mandatory ARAMCO experience in civil supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to enforce compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
• Proficient in site documentation and reporting.
