Job Overview

TEUBER Industrial Coating Services is seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee civil engineering activities for the Ibn Sina Cooling Tower Project, located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role begins on April 15, 2026, and requires hands-on supervision to ensure construction tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and according to technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will manage daily on-site civil operations, ensuring all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordination with project engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow is essential. Monitoring progress against the schedule, enforcing safety protocols, and inspecting workmanship quality will form a significant part of the role. Additionally, the supervisor will plan daily assignments, allocate manpower across various trades including masons and carpenters, and supervise surface preparation, concrete repairs, curing processes, and subsequent painting applications on treated surfaces.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must possess at least five years of experience as a Civil Supervisor within industrial or large-scale construction projects. Previous involvement with cooling tower or industrial civil work is highly advantageous. Effective team management, coordination across departments, and solid knowledge of construction safety and standards are critical for success. Strong communication and reporting capabilities are also required to maintain clear and timely updates with project management.
