Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to head our kitchen operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a culinary professional with a deep passion for North Indian cuisine and a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurant and catering environments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and standardizing menus, ensuring consistent food quality across all dishes, and leading the kitchen team effectively. Managing food cost control, inventory, and maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards such as HACCP will also be critical elements of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive or Head Chef.
• Expertise in North Indian culinary traditions, including curries, biryanis, tandoor cooking, kebabs, breads, and regional specialties.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing kitchen staff.
• Proficiency in restaurant operations and managing large-scale catering services.
• In-depth knowledge of food cost management, inventory oversight, and rigorous food safety compliance.
