Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities and managing client relationships within catering, accommodation, housing, and camp management services. The successful candidate will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation through contract finalization, while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building strong connections with corporate, government, and project clients, and managing ongoing accounts. Core duties include preparing quotations, coordinating contracts with operations and finance teams, and maintaining communication with clients post-contract to handle payments and invoicing. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal departments, the role also involves conducting presentations, site visits, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Furthermore, the Sales Executive will support contract renewals and promote additional services to meet sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Two to five years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, facilities management, accommodation, or B2B services.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales and managing client accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong ability to follow up effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
