Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Head to spearhead a new business vertical within our organization. This leadership position demands an experienced professional capable of driving growth, managing operations, and building a strong team to ensure overall business success and profitability.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates, with an added advantage for those from Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing effective business strategies for the new division
• Leading all aspects of business development and acquiring new clients
• Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team
• Overseeing project execution, daily operations, and timely delivery
• Developing and managing marketing efforts, including branding and market positioning
• Preparing budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring financial profitability
• Reporting directly to the top management with full profit and loss accountability

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• 10 to 15 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in launching or growing business units
• Strong expertise in business development, operational management, and leading teams
• Background in construction, engineering, industrial services, or related industries is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
