This role is ideal for a professional with proven experience in business development and marketing coordination within the Saudi market, specifically in manpower supply, equipment rental, and construction support services. Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include assisting in the growth of our manpower and equipment rental services through proactive business development efforts. You will identify new opportunities, engage with potential clients, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and outstanding payments. Additionally, coordinating the mobilization of manpower and equipment to client sites is essential. Effective communication between clients, project teams, and management will be critical to ensure smooth operations. You will also conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have an existing client base and business network, which is a mandatory requirement for this position. Strong experience in business development or marketing coordination within the Saudi Arabian market is essential. Familiarity with manpower supply, equipment rental, and services supporting construction projects is required. An in-depth understanding of local market practices and client expectations in Saudi Arabia will be beneficial. Excellent communication and coordination skills, alongside persistent follow-up abilities, will enable success in this role. Candidates with transferable Iqama are preferred.
