• Accurately assessing client needs and efficiently managing manpower allocations to meet those requirements.
• Following up on client inquiries and proactively supporting business expansion efforts.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication along with detailed reporting to ensure transparency and progress tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or manpower coordination within a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills facilitating effective client engagement.
• A well-established professional network with respected companies in the region.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Possession of a transferable Iqama is preferred but not mandatory.
