EBDA is actively seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Manpower Supply and Equipment Rental services, including manlifts, generators, welding machines, and compressors, across Jubail, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province. This full-time role offers the chance to lead business expansion in a competitive sector within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts primarily with EPC contractors and private sector clients. They will oversee market research, develop sales strategies, and work closely with internal teams to deliver results that meet company goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in business development within the contracting, manpower supply, or equipment rental industries.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and client needs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
• Ability to create and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth.

Requirements
