Job Overview

Daem Al Jazeera Commercial is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive specializing in industrial manpower supply to join their team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding business opportunities within the industrial sector, including construction, maintenance, and shutdown projects across Jubail, Dammam, and the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new clients and business opportunities related to manpower supply. Building strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and industrial companies will be essential. Additional duties include conducting client meetings, following up on quotations, tenders, and contracts, and converting manpower requirements into successful business engagements.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have proven experience in the Saudi Arabian manpower supply or industrial contracting market, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Construction sectors. A strong network of contacts among contractors and industrial companies is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities, coupled with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in manpower sales and business development within Saudi Arabia.
• Established client relationships and a track record of securing manpower supply contracts.
• Ability to manage client portfolios and generate new business opportunities effectively.
• Availability to work full-time based in Jubail.

Compensation and Location

This position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience, existing network, and demonstrated business development capabilities.
