CARB Company is urgently seeking a Senior Specialist in Financial Reporting to join their team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, coupled with expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and compliance. This role demands immediate availability and a transferable Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Reporting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, enabling informed decision-making within the company. This role includes contributing to financial planning, managing risks, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing leadership to the financial team.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation related to financial operations.
• Oversee operational management of finance-related functions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the finance team members.
• Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly advantageous.
• At least 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy development and execution.
• Proficient in financial reporting and in-depth analysis.
• Experience with risk management and operational finance.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Thorough knowledge of taxation and compliance standards.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must possess a transferable Iqama and be able to join immediately. This is a critical factor for consideration.
