Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Executive

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities within construction, rental camps, prefab offices, and camp sectors.
• Maintain strong client relationships with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders efficiently.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to address client needs.
• Track sales performance and generate periodic reports.
• Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions, and site visits.

2. Purchase & Procurement Officer

• Source and secure procurement of construction, electrical, and MEP materials.
• Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate prices and contract terms.
• Maintain and expand the supplier database and relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to various project sites.
• Coordinate inventory monitoring with the storekeeping team.
• Process purchase orders and follow up on order status.
• Adhere to company procurement policies while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

3. Store Keeper

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Distribute materials to site teams according to approved requests.
• Ensure correct storage, labeling, and safety standards are met.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement for material replenishment.
• Keep store clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.

4. HR Assistant (Female – Saudi National)

• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Track attendance, leaves, and employee performance data.
• Support payroll processing and HR reporting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary administrative support.

5. Catering Supervisor (Camp Catering)

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations at camp facilities.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and experience related to their chosen position. For example, sales executives require a bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years’ industry experience, while procurement officers should have 2-4 years in construction or MEP procurement. The HR assistant role is reserved for Saudi national females with HR qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates for the safety officer position must hold NEBOSH or OSHA certification alongside practical safety experience. Strong computer and IT skills are essential for IT roles. Practical experience in warehouse management is preferred for the storekeeper position, and those applying for catering supervisor roles must have a background in camp or industrial catering.
