Job Overview

Cabling Middle East Manufacturing Company is seeking skilled SMT/PCB Machine Operators to join their production team in Jubail. This role focuses on operating and maintaining SMT line equipment to ensure effective PCB assembly and high-quality output according to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SMT line machinery including printers, SPI, pick & place, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
• Maintain smooth production flow, adhering to delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) trials and assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on SMT machines to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance.
• Set up feeders, load components correctly, and follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and IPC standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven hands-on experience with SMT machines such as Yamaha, Juki, Fuji, Panasonic, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, AOI programming, and reflow profiling techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities complemented by effective teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NPI/NPD processes.
• Knowledge of costing and production estimation related to SMT assembly.
