Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Coordinator with expertise in industrial rotating equipment maintenance and manufacturing. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong technical background who are eager to drive sales and cultivate lasting client relationships within industries such as oil and gas, power generation, manufacturing, and cement production.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored technical service solutions related to rotating equipment. You will prepare and present detailed technical sales proposals and commercial offers, including cost estimation for maintenance contracts. Building strong partnerships with EPCs, OEMs, and end users will be essential to securing deals and achieving sales objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support focused on rotating equipment services and maintenance.
• Technical knowledge of rotating machinery such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, reciprocating, centrifugal and screw compressors, turbines, gearboxes, motors, and generators.
• A solid understanding of maintenance services and spare parts manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical information in clear, customer-oriented language.
• Proven expertise in negotiation, closing sales, and managing customer relationships effectively.
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or hold business degrees such as BBA or MBA. Additional certifications or training in rotating equipment or maintenance engineering will be advantageous.
