Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Operation and Marketing Manager to oversee the activities of our general contracting company based in Jubail. The role primarily focuses on managing operations related to industrial support services including manpower and equipment, alongside handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contracts.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all operational functions within the company, ensuring smooth execution of industrial support services and MEP project management. This includes coordinating with clients, managing resources efficiently, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Performance-based commission will be offered as an incentive for exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial support services and managing MEP contracts.
• Established network of client contacts across Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and marketing skills to build and nurture client relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
