We are urgently seeking a skilled Marketing and Resourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jubail. This role focuses on supporting manpower supply and equipment rental services, helping drive our growing operations by effectively managing client relationships and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing manpower and coordinating equipment rental inquiries. You will develop new client opportunities and build lasting partnerships, ensuring their requirements are met with timely quotations and proposals. Managing the mobilization and deployment of manpower and equipment, as well as keeping an organized database of workers, suppliers, and clients, will be crucial parts of your daily duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manpower supply or equipment rental sectors. Strong marketing, negotiation, and sales expertise are essential, alongside a solid understanding of local transfer protocols and documentation. Excellent client and vendor management skills are needed to efficiently coordinate resources. Effective communication in English is mandatory, with Arabic language skills considered a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and email handling, is required. Candidates must be able to perform under pressure and consistently meet targets. Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid Iqama with transferable status.
