The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in expanding the company’s presence within key industrial sectors. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing client connections, identifying new business opportunities, and handling manpower supply requirements. The role demands close coordination with clients to understand project needs, preparing detailed quotations and proposals, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the recruitment team for timely manpower deployment. Additionally, maintaining client records, conducting market research, and actively following up on contracts and payments are essential tasks to secure customer satisfaction and sustained partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in manpower marketing and supply, with a proven track record of servicing the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy sectors. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are crucial for effectively managing client relations and business development. Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business landscape is highly desirable. Candidates must have a transferable Iqama, and preference will be given to Indian nationals.
