Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Admin and Sales Coordinator to join our material trading company based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties, assist with quotation preparation, and coordinate sales and marketing efforts to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely manner. The coordinator will work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure pricing and project requirements are aligned. Office administration tasks including documentation, compliance, and follow-up are part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining client databases, and tracking sales records are essential. The candidate will also follow up on quotations and customer inquiries, and assist with marketing materials and presentations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proven experience in quotation preparation and administrative functions
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with market pricing and supplier coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office and email communications
  • Experience with ERP software is mandatory
  • Valid driving license required
  • Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is essential
  • Transferable Iqama is required
  • Preference given to candidates from South India

Work Environment and Benefits

The position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within a material trading company. Food and accommodation are the employee’s responsibility; however, an allowance is provided and one shared bedspace is available. Transportation is arranged by the company. Successful candidates have the potential to earn sales commissions when acquiring new clients.
