​On Target Technical Company (OTC) is seeking qualified personnel for our building maintenance operations in Ras Al-Khair. We require candidates available for immediate local transfer.
​Positions & Responsibilities:
​Administrator: Manage site coordination, maintenance logs, and repair reports while ensuring safety compliance.
​Multi-Skilled Technician: Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical/plumbing systems and handle emergency technical response.
​Civil Technician: Handle architectural maintenance including flooring, masonry, painting, and door/window repairs.
​General Requirements:
​Proven experience in building operation and maintenance.
​Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
​Valid and transferable Iqama.
