On Target Technical Company Ltd. (OTC) is currently looking for skilled professionals to join our building maintenance team in Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking candidates who can be transferred locally right away to support our ongoing maintenance and facility management operations.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Administrator: Responsible for managing site coordination, maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, preparing repair reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Multi-Skilled Technician: Handles routine and preventive maintenance tasks involving electrical and plumbing systems, with the capability to respond promptly to emergency technical issues.
• Civil Technician: Focused on architectural upkeep, including repairing flooring, masonry, painting, and fixing doors and windows.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience in building operations and maintenance, thorough understanding of industrial safety protocols, and possess a valid, transferable Iqama. These requirements ensure a qualified and safety-conscious workforce equipped to maintain high standards within our facilities.
