We are urgently seeking 10 experienced accountants to join a vital Accounts Payable support project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing supplier invoices, vendor accounts, payments, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. This is a long-term opportunity, offering a minimum engagement period of nine months with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Accountants will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of accounts payable functions including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and financial controls. The role requires ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial settlements and promptly resolving discrepancies to support smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of professional experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable processes.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently, with a minimum target of processing 500 invoices per week.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate invoice handling and financial reconciliations.
• Knowledge of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance procedures relevant to accounts payable.
• Capability to work onsite in Jubail throughout the project duration.

Engagement Details

The initial contract duration is 9 months, with potential renewal based on individual performance and company requirements. The work model mandates onsite presence to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to project goals.
