Job Opportunity: Senior Accountant

Location: Eastern Province, Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, deep accounting knowledge, and hands on experience in managing end to end financial operations.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and month end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and support treasury functions.
• Handle VAT/ZATCA filings, compliance, and reconciliation of tax accounts.
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and asset verification.
• Review and analyze costs, budgets, and variances; support management with financial insights.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual and interim audits; prepare required schedules and documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and adherence to company financial policies.
• Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision making.

???? Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and corporate financial procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Focus or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
