Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Accountant to join our team at SEBSCO/SEBMETALS, based at our corporate or branch office in Jubail. This role focuses on managing financial processes related to manpower and equipment rentals, ensuring accurate time sheet and invoice generation, as well as effective payment handling.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Accountant will be responsible for:

• Generating and managing time sheets accurately to reflect manpower utilization.
• Preparing and issuing invoices for equipment and manpower rental services.
• Processing VAT claims in line with regulatory requirements.
• Clearing supplier payments promptly to maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a related field, supported by relevant professional certification.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years spent in EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial projects, or oil and gas sectors.
• Good understanding of project accounting, contract management, and cost control practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Quickdice, or comparable platforms.

Additional Requirements

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are available for immediate joining and hold transferable Iqama.
