Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Factory Accountant to join our Ready Mix Concrete company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing all financial and accounting functions within the factory to ensure precise reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management. The position is available immediately and requires readiness for sponsorship transfer.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the factory’s full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts will be critical tasks. The role also includes ensuring adherence to local tax laws, Zakat regulations, and other compliance requirements.

Managing production costs, controlling factory expenses, and supervising inventory financials will be essential duties. Additionally, this position will handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and coordinate closely with auditors to prepare for financial audits and timely reports submission. Managing cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions are also integral parts of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors. A solid understanding of accounting principles, local financial regulations, and Zakat/Tax laws is necessary. Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities are vital for success.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent platforms is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle deadlines efficiently, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
