Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Al Jubail. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in Tally ERP for maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires attention to detail, good communication in English and Hindi, and the ability to handle accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks including recording purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using Tally ERP. Key duties include preparing invoices and vouchers, coordinating with auditors and supporting audits, preparing quarterly VAT returns, managing accounts receivables and payables, and performing bank reconciliations. Additionally, the candidate will assist with other documentation as required to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Tally ERP for bookkeeping and accounting management.
• Ability to prepare financial documents such as invoices, vouchers, and VAT returns.
• Experience handling accounts receivable and payable processes, and bank reconciliations.
• Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Must hold a transferable iqama.
• Availability to join on short notice.
