*Lead Operations Excellence – Warehouse Manager Opportunity in the F&B Sector*

A leading company in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join its team in the following role:

🔹 Position: Warehouse Manager
📍 Location: Jeddah – Al Khemrah

🌟 Key Roles and Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and issuance of materials
🔹 Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure continuous accuracy and availability
🔹 Plan and supervise periodic physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
🔹 Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards in line with company policies
🔹 Coordinate closely with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
🔹 Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team while assigning tasks and monitoring performance
🔹 Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
🔹 Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal procedures
🔹 Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization

🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management
🔹 Previous experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage sector is preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management tools
🔹 Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Good command of English (written and spoken)
🔹 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
