We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate new business opportunities
Identify and approach potential clients in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Promote company services including heavy equipment rental and manpower supply
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
Collaborate with operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
Female candidate (as per company requirement)
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in equipment rental or manpower supply)
Strong network in the Eastern Province is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driving license preferred
