We specialize in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation solutions. As we scale our presence in key commercial hubs, we are looking for experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our team in Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh.
Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to drive business growth in the Saudi logistics market. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting our freight, clearance, and transport services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and target potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, and retail.
2. Promote Uniworld’s freight forwarding (air/sea), land transport, and customs clearance services.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, and trade partners.
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, rate quotations, and service agreements.
6. Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Saudi logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in KSA.
3. Strong understanding of Saudi import/export regulations, customs processes (including ZATCA e-invoicing awareness), and major ports (Jeddah Islamic Port, Dammam’s King Abdulaziz Port, Riyadh Dry Port).
4. Existing network of clients or contacts in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
5. Valid KSA driving license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
6. Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Preferred Skills
1. Negotiation and closing skills.
2. CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
3. Basic understanding of logistics cost structures (freight rates, fuel, handling charges).
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
