Location: Saudi Arabia (Site-Based – SEC Projects)

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Testing & Commissioning Electrical Engineer with proven Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) project experience to lead site testing and commissioning activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete testing and commissioning of LV & MV systems, including:

* Power cables (UG & OH)

* Transformers

* RMUs

* LV/MV switchgear

* HV & EHV testing experience will be considered a strong advantage.

* Independently lead, direct, and supervise teams of technicians on site.

* Safe handling and operation of all testing equipment in accordance with safety protocols.

* Fault identification, troubleshooting, and repair in overhead and underground cables.

* Testing, configuration, and basic commissioning of protection relays in MV switchgear.

* Substation testing & commissioning activities, including final energization support.

* Preparation, review, and submission of all testing reports and documentation as per SEC standards and procedures.

* Strict compliance with Saudi Electricity Company site procedures, safety rules, and documentation protocols.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Hands-on experience on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects.

* Strong background in substation testing and commissioning.

* Ability to work independently and take full site responsibility.

* Thorough knowledge of site safety practices and testing methodologies.

* Clear understanding of SEC documentation, approvals, and reporting formats.

* Immediate availability to join.
