A prominent FMCG company based in Jeddah is seeking a dedicated Van Sales Supervisor to join their dynamic sales team. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a valid driving license, responsible for overseeing van sales operations and ensuring efficient distribution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Van Sales Supervisor will manage the day-to-day van sales activities, coordinate routes and schedules, supervise sales representatives, and maintain excellent relationships with clients. The supervisor is expected to maximize sales revenue by optimizing sales plans and ensuring timely deliveries across assigned areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in van sales or a similar supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and support the sales team effectively.
