Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal sales engineers, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales coordination, preferably within the industrial or technical products sector, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries from initial contact through to order completion. This includes registering and tracking leads, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and maintaining effective communication between customers and the sales team. You will also assist in meeting sales targets, nurture ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat business, and prepare regular sales reports. Ensuring accurate sales documentation and internal coordination is also a key part of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have between 2 and 4 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales coordination, with familiarity in the Saudi market preferred. Knowledge of industrial trading, engineering products, maintenance, repair operations (MRO) supplies, or technical sales support is a plus. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM or ERP systems, particularly Odoo. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic and Hindi language skills will be advantageous.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Immediate availability to join the team will be considered a significant advantage.
