We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Jeddah-based team. This role focuses on supporting sales activities by preparing proposals, managing sales materials, and ensuring seamless order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic and a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the sales process, including:

• Preparing comprehensive sales proposals and managing necessary documentation.
• Processing and tracking sales orders to confirm timely fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Coordinating with logistics and inventory teams to resolve any issues that may delay orders or deliveries.
• Serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, facilitating negotiations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience working as a Sales Coordinator or in a related sales support role.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle client interactions and internal coordination.
• Basic proficiency with sales tracking and order management systems preferred.
