High Fi Fashion Company is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist to join their team on a work-from-home basis in Jeddah. This role is exclusively open to female candidates who are passionate about online sales and customer service. The specialist will play a key role in supporting digital sales activities, managing product listings, and engaging with customers through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, including product photography and posts across social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information related to pricing, availability, warranty, and delivery options, and assist in converting leads into sales. Handling objections effectively and ensuring high customer satisfaction will be vital to supporting overall sales objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for candidates from Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, Nepali, Filipino, or Indonesian backgrounds. Fluency in your native language combined with basic proficiency in English and Arabic is necessary to communicate clearly with customers.
