Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM modules, ensuring seamless alignment with business processes and compliance standards. The consultant will manage procurement and supply chain functionalities, optimize processes, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM modules. Key duties include:

  • Leading the functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Procurement components such as Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, iSupplier Portal, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
  • Setting up procurement business units, approval workflows, and ensuring all controls meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Managing RFQs, auctions, contract purchasing, and the entire purchase order lifecycle.
  • Implementing SCM modules covering Inventory Management, BOM and Cost Management, Order Management, as well as Receiving and Logistics.
  • Designing comprehensive Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Plan-to-Fulfill processes including intercompany, drop-ship, and consignment operations.
  • Facilitating fit-gap workshops, gathering and documenting functional requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle solutions.
  • Coordinating closely with Finance, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure cross-module integration and process coherence.
  • Leading Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conducting training sessions for end users.
  • Defining integration requirements with Oracle Financials, inventory and manufacturing systems, and third-party supplier systems.
  • Supporting data migration efforts using FBDI, ADFdi, and relevant conversion tools while ensuring data accuracy and transactional integrity.
  • Configuring approval hierarchies, delegation of authority, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and ensuring adherence to internal procurement policies and audit regulations.
  • Managing procurement and SCM reporting through OTBI and BI Publisher; supporting key performance indicator tracking and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and SCM with a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay and supply chain processes. Experience with multi-organization and global rollouts is essential. Candidates should be proficient with Oracle Fusion Setup and Maintenance, approval workflows with BPM, as well as reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher. A working knowledge of integration techniques including FBDI is expected.

Effective communication skills and the ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and convey complex information simply are critical. Experience working within both agile and waterfall ERP implementation methodologies is important to this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement or SCM certification is preferred.
  • Typically, candidates should have a minimum of seven years’ experience in a senior consulting role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.
  • Background working in regulated industries such as healthcare is an advantage.
